MADNESS, AS YOU KNOW, IS LIKE GRAVITY.
Gotham is unstable -- Harvey Dent and Rachel Dawes are dead; the Batman is on the run still, nine months later.
The citizens are breaking, and things are worse now then ever.
Even with the Joker locked back up in Arkham, his madness is spreading outside of its gates.
New criminals are rising through the ashes of the broken city, ready to terrorize and destroy.
Who can be trusted in this indecent time? Will the people of Gotham call for their Dark Knight once again -- or, will they rely on the elected officials and police force to clean up the streets?
With rumors of the Joker making plans to escape, it only ensures more chaos will erupt in the hearts and minds of those left 'sane'.
The mobs are making their comeback, and 'regular' crimes are starting to escalate, but things are getting bolder; more dangerous, and frequent.
No one is safe. So, which side are you on?
Will you be apart of the cause?
