I have 2 sites I can highly suggest for tweaking your photos photos. Neither of these sites require any memebership, downloads, or advanced technical skills.
http://www.picnik.com/ - online editor for images. Crop, rotate, add special effects online, and free.
http://www.photofunia.com/ - instnatly insert your characters photo into all sorts of unique graphics and settings. AMAZING and must see if you really want to create unique and standout character images! No technical skills required, downloads, or money...just upload and save!
