Any Photoshop program [the newsest addition is Photoshop CS]. These programs can be expsensive, so a good idea is to borrow the program from a friend who already has it, install it into your computer [without reigstering youself online, or you'll get your friend in trouble] and returning the C.D.

I'd also suggest the free trial of Adobe Illustrator for working with text. It has some great filters.

I use Macromedia Fireworks but Adobe discontinued it when they bought out Macromedia. Illustrator is actually a better program.

Gimp is a great program if you don't have a pile of money to go throw at some fancy graphics software.
